What's the difference?

An inquiry is any request for information your clinic gets.

And a lead is an advanced form of an inquiry with the potential for generating new business. 

To determine if it's a lead or an inquiry - ask the following question:

"Can this become a new business?"

If the answer tilts towards “yes”, then the inquiry is journeying into lead territory.

Some inquiries immediately showcase attributes of leads, clearly signifying a potential business opportunity.

Other inquiries might need nurturing through multiple interactions before they exhibit the attributes of a lead.
